The Electric-Electronics sector is a sector that covers a wide range of technology (Energy, Electronics, Communication, Informatics, Automotive, Defense Industry etc.) and is the locomotive of almost all sectors. There will always be a need for well-equipped Electrical and Electronics engineers who understand, apply, supervise and develop these technologies. The Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department aims to meet the Electrical and Electronics Engineer needs of both the public and private sectors. Program students will have the opportunity to specialize in an area of interest by taking different elective courses in the last year of their education. Graduates of the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering can be employed in a wide range of fields depending on their interests and expertise and personal abilities. There is a wide range of employment for Electrical and Electronics Engineers, and the following sectors can be given as examples.
Energy (EÜAŞ, TEİAŞ, TEDAŞ, Akedaş, Enerjisa etc.)
Factory maintenance or R&D engineering (Various factories and centers)
Communication and IT sectors (Türk Telekom, Turkcell, Vodafone, etc.)

Construction industry (Preparing and implementing electrical installation projects)
